چکیده

Prussian blue (PB) and its analogues (PBAs) are promising coordination polymers (CPs) with an adjustable composition open framework. Nonetheless, their intrinsic electrochemical activity electrical conductivity poor, which hinder applications in energy conversion storage. In catalytic applications, metal compounds derived from PB/PBAs have a lot of advantages, such as outstanding stability, selectivity, conductivity. Furthermore, they can be used electrode materials for storage conversion, while having preferable electronic conductivity, sufficient active sites, well larger specific surface area tunable size to achieve optimized performance. This review summarizes the current achievements PB/PBA-derived metallic nanomaterials, existing limitations, urgent challenges future development. The blue/Prussian analogues-derived non-oxidized overviewed. Based on variety structures, various materials, including sulfides, phosphates, selenides, etc., reviewed, optimization strategies new devices given. We aim provide readers latest progress this rapidly developing area.

Prussian Blue Analogue Mesoframes for Enhanced Aqueous Sodium-ion Storage

Mesostructure engineering is a potential avenue towards the property control of coordination polymers in addition to the traditional structure design on an atomic/molecular scale. Mesoframes, as a class of mesostructures, have short diffusion pathways for guest species and thus can be an ideal platform for fast storage of guest ions. We report a synthesis of Prussian Blue analogue mesoframes by...

Recent Progress in Allergen Immunotherapy

The efficacy of allergen immunotherapy for the treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis with or without seasonal bronchial asthma and anaphylaxis caused by the sting of the hymenoptera class of insects has been clearly demonstrated in numerous well-designed, placebo-controlled trials. Immunotherapy whether by subcutaneous injection of allergen extract or by oral/sublingual routes modifies peri...

Identification of bridged CO2 binding in a Prussian blue analogue using neutron powder diffraction.

Neutron powder diffraction measurements were carried out on the evacuated and CO2-loaded Prussian blue analogue, Fe3[Co(CN)6]2, identifying two distinct CO2 adsorption sites: site A, in which CO2 uniquely bridges between two bare-metal sites, and site B, in which it interacts in a face capping motif. The saturation of site A at low loadings of CO2 demonstrates the favourable nature of the inter...

Structure optimization of Prussian blue analogue cathode materials for advanced sodium ion batteries.

A structure optimized Prussian blue analogue Na1.76Ni0.12Mn0.88[Fe(CN)6]0.98 (PBMN) is synthesized and investigated. Coexistence of inactive Ni(2+) (Fe-C≡N-Ni group) with active Mn(2+/3+) (Fe-C≡N-Mn group) balances the structural disturbances caused by the redox reactions. This cathode material exhibits particularly excellent cycle life with high capacity (118.2 mA h g(-1)).
